Champneys Detox In A Box

The word ‘detox’ gets thrown around every new year; ‘renew your body and mind’, so on and so forth. ‘Digital detox’ is a new one this year; but the only detox I’ll be taking part in is this gentle at-home solution for starting off the new year fresh! (because January was just a practice month right…?)

Champneys have introduced a new Detox range; and for the past five days I’ve been trialling their Detox in a Box; an at home ‘spa like’ experience – and I wanted to share my experience with you. Champneys are known for their well-being spas; now, you can enjoy the experience from your own bath.

‘Champneys are the original resort spas that blend pure luxury with leading-edge health, fitness and wellness. We have four country health spa hotels (Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire, Hampshire) and six day spas spread throughout several counties in England, UK. No one else can offer you the same variety of exclusive spa days, break packages and treatments, ranging from pampering to detox, relaxation to active, and indulgence to Boot Camp. Since 1925 Champneys have been working to develop the best well-being treatments. Our Detox-In-A-Box Includes 3 of our spa firming favourites, along with a massager, to ensure your skin is left feeling firmer and smoother’

The Detox in a Box contains:

  • Skin Firming Shower Scrub
  • Hip & Thigh Firming Mud
  • Skin Firming Body Butter
  • Massager

It’s so important to exercise and eat well; but also to look after and treat ourselves, and our skin. There’s nothing I love more than an evening pamper – lighting some candles, reading magazines, and indulging luxury products.

I love getting out of the bath feeling relaxed and revitalised – especially in the winter months when our skin needs a bit more TLC – and the results are amazing; soft, smooth and firm skin.

So, a run down on the products;

Champneys Detox Skin Firming Shower Scrub
Massage in to damp skin using deep circular movements followed by vigorous up and down movements for smoother, tighter feeling skin.

Designed to remove surface impurities and help to create smoother, tighter feeling skin. Each day I literally feel ‘good as new’ and rarely do I actually get on with an in-shower exfoliator – but this one I use day after day.

Champneys Detox Hip & Thigh Firming Mud
Scoop a generous amount of the mud into your palms and apply to your body, smoothing over the hip and thigh area. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes to allow your skin to fully absorb and then rinse off in a warm shower, firmly massaging with a Champneys Body Massager

Enriched with naturally derived sea minerals, the detox hip & thigh mud works wonders! It leaves my skin feeling firmer and more toned; and goes hand in hand with the body massager that conveniently comes in the box too! This product for me is what brings that spa experience home; a jar of firming mud ready to give you that indulgent feeling. It claims to visibly improve the look of cellulite on the hip and thigh area and although I haven’t seen a difference yet, I can definitely feel a change.

Champneys Detox Skin Firming Body Butter
After bathing or showering, towel dry and scoop a generous amount of body butter into your palms. Firmly massage into skin, paying particular attention to dry areas such as knees and elbows. Allow to soak in before dressing for more supple feeling skin.

I just love body butters – this one in particular is great as it absorbs quickly into the skin and you can really feel the firming benefits. It’s so moisturising and not sticky at all; I love the feel it gives my skin. Plus, oh my goodness this product smells like a dream!

I can’t wait to continue on and see the benefits it has on my skin in a few months time; I’ve felt and noticed such a difference already.

    • It is not the total dollar amount of campaign donations which should be of first concern to PBH; but what Abboud will give his larger donors in return?  Please keep us posted on the names of the large Abboud donors in this coming election or the site where we can find their names.  Again, thank you PBH.

    • I’m impressed, I must say. Really rarely do My spouse and i encounter any blog that is each educative and entertaining, and allow me to inform a person, you could have hit your nail about the head. Your notion is outstanding; the problem is something that not really sufficient individuals are talking wisely about. I’m very completely happy that I stumbled throughout this within my search with regard to something with this.

    • Hi Dana-so glad you stopped by. I really do appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. Yes, it seems like most folks I’ve asked agree about the design being placed closer to the bottom. I will post photos once I’ve actually printed it on the pillow cover. Thanks again!
